Joseph Woods, 18, Greenfield, was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.
Crystal Bondruant, 34, Greenfield, was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident and fictitious tags.
Jason Bond, 39, Greenfield, was arrested for a parole violation.

Wesley Pummell, 31, Greenfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Stuart Elchert, 52, Greenfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
