The 64th Penn Township (Samantha) School Reunion was held Sept. 17, 2017, at the Samantha Friends Church with a delicious carry-in meal after which the attendees were entertained by the singing of Robyn McMillian, daughter of alumni member Carl Carmean.

Attending the reunion were: Roger and Arlene Huffman of Hillsboro; Larry Huffman of Hillsboro; Larry and Linda Jones and Kody and Kaylynn Kirk of Dayton; Ben Teeters of Hillsboro; Bob and Carol Dunlap of Leesburg; Tom Caldwell of Hillsboro; Sheila Caldwell Parshall of Leesburg; Jim and Jamie Teeters of Washington C.H.; Garnet Holt Wilkin of Hillsboro; Linda and Larry Lucas of Athens; Sarah Chaney Bales of Leesburg; Marvin and Merlin Meddock of Hillsboro; Susan and Ron Rockhold of Sabina; Virginia Granger Whiting of New Vienna; Janet and Carl Carmean of Blanchester; Robyn Carmean McMillan of New Vienna; Richard and Norma Gray Edwards of Leesburg, Lulu Belle Snider Teeters of Leesburg; Richard B. Snider of Hillsboro; Janie Teeters Hilterbrand of Washington C.H.; and Donna Bailey Osborne of Hillsboro.

Next year the reunion will be held Sept. 16, again at the Samantha Friends Church.
