Gregory Goolsby, 50, of Hillsboro, citation for speed, 46 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Billy J. Stone, 25, of Sabina, failure to appear bench warrant.

Dewayne David Devine Jr., 24, of Hillsboro, failure to appear bench warrant.

Dec. 3

INCIDENT

At 11:09 a.m., the police department conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of North West Street. During this traffic stop investigation, illegal narcotics were located in the vehicle. A female identified as Teela K. Carrington, 26, of Wilmington, was arrested for an outstanding bench warrant and also is being charged with possession of drug abuse instruments. A male subject identified as a Joseph Bolton Jr., 35, of Hamilton, was cited for no operator’s license at the scene.
