The City of Hillsboro announced Wednesday that due to rain in the forecast Thursday night and Friday, a plan to close and pave Governor Foraker Place and Governor Trimble Place in Hillsboro on Thursday and Friday has been postponed indefinitely. The city said it still plans to pave both roadways this year.
