ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Jennifer Smith, 38, of Hillsboro, was arrested for littering.

James Smith, 44, of Hillsboro, was arrested for littering.

Linda Maddox, 59, of Hillsboro, was arrested for littering.

William Maddox, 60, of Hillsboro, was arrested littering.

Joshua Stevens, 32, of Hillsboro, was arrested for obstructing official business and on a bench warrant.

Matthew McVicker, 30, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Seth Crum, 35, of Hillsboro, was cited for OVI and expired tags.

Sharon Heybrone, 64, of Hillsboro, was cited for speed.
