Workers are pictured pouring more than 15 yards of concrete Monday afternoon as construction continued on the Bagshaw family-sponsored fountain being built on the Highland County Courthouse square in Hillsboro. Bagshaw Operations Manager Mel Mckenzie told The Times-Gazette he hoped that, weather permitting, the newest gem of the city could be unveiled by Memorial Day weekend.
