The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Charles Miller, 34, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a capius warrant.

Michelle Farrell, 53, of Hillsboro, was arrested for obstruction and theft.

Brian Heitman, 36, of Sidney, was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments.

Michael Fenner, 30, of Peebles, was cited for OVI and driving under suspension.
