Christopher Green, 23, of Lynchburg, was cited for speed.

James Duckwall, 72, of Hillsboro, was cited for reckless operation.

Jonathan McPheters, 60, of Hillsboro was cited for disorderly conduct.

Cheyenna Younker, 25, of Wilmington, was cited for improper starting.
