ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Dalton Aubry, 20, of Mount Orab, was cited for failure to yield.
William Grooms Jr., 45, of Hillsboro, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
Robert Moore, 72, of Highland, was cited for speed.
INCIDENT
A resident of the 100 block of East South Street reported damage to some windows.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Horace Dance, 94, of Hillsboro, was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
Jazmin Dart, 18, of Bainbridge, was cited for a stop sign violation.
John Rankin, 44, of Washington Court House, was cited for OVI and driving under suspension.
