ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Cameron Travis, 22, of Leesburg, was cited for expired tags.

Amy Berry, 43, of Hillsboro, was arrested for two counts of theft.

Nellie Helterbrand, 39, of Hillsboro, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
