The Hillsboro Elks held its annual child golf clinic and adult child tournament Saturday, June 17. It was a huge turn out. They had 21 kids in the clinic and 22 adult/child teams play in the tournament that followed. Thank you to instructors Joe Shelton, Buzzard Wilkin, Rick Shelton and mike Nartker. They also want to thank Ponderosa, Big Ernie’s Pizza for lunch, the Elks staff and Ritchie Butler and his crew for a beautiful golf course to play.
