The Highland County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:

Dec . 24

INCIDENTS/ARRESTS

A resident of the 2500 block of S.R. 134 reported a male trespassing on their property. After investigation, Nicholas R. Clanton, 27, Sardinia, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Deputies responded to the 100 block of North Main Street in Lynchburg after a report of a disturbance. After investigation, two males were trespassed from the property.

INCIDENT

A resident of the 8700 block of Patton Road reported a dispute with a neighbor over property boundaries. After investigation, the caller was advised to have a survey of the property done to determine property lines.
