The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

April 18

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Robin Robinson, 52, of Loveland, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Brian Piechowiak, 34, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

ACCIDENT

At 2:57 p.m., the police department responded to the alley between West Main Street and West Walnut Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival it was determined that a vehicle driven by Sandra Warner, 62, of Lynchburg, was traveling eastbound in the alley while a vehicle driven by Jeffery Leasure, 63, of Seaman, was traveling southbound on South Elm Street. Warner’s vehicle proceeded onto South Elm Street, failing to yield to Leasure who had the right of way, causing Leasure’s vehicle to strike Warner’s vehicle causing disabling damage to both. Minor injuries were reported on the scene. Warner was cited for fail to yield the right of way.

April 19

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Melanie Ballein, 42, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding child endangering charge.

Jeffrey Brock, 37, of Bloomingburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Jeremiah Walker, 40, of Hillsboro, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

April 20

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Amanda Bailey, 33, of Springfield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Robert Hill, 61, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

April 22

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Kiel Sprague, 41, of Williamsburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Michael Aeh, 26, of Bainbridge, was cited for expired tags.

Bailey Michael, 21, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension.
