Ag-N-Stuff 4-H Club elects officers

The second meeting of the Ag-N-Stuff 4-H Club was called to order by Advisor Anneka Collins on March 20, 2016 at 6:30pm.

Kenzie Stephan led the club in the Pledge of Allegiance and Riley Collins led the club in the 4-H Pledge. Three new members were welcomed to the club.

Officer nominations and elections were held. Logan Stephan was elected President. Kelsey Smallwood was elected Vice President. Summer Brown was elected Secretary. Riley Collins was elected Treasurer. Dalayna Collins was elected News Reporter. Olivia Swakhamer was elected Health Officer. CJ Stolz and Blaze Brown were elected Sergeant at Arms and Community Service Officers. Kenzie Stephan was elected Historian. Blake Gunter was elected Safety Officer. Raylee Barnett was elected Recreation Officer.

The Treasurer’s Report showed a balance of $210.19. Lollipops were passed out as our fundraising activity.

Upcoming dates were discussed, including Quality Assurance dates and Officer training on April 18, 2016 at the Hillsboro High School. The Club is planning a campout at Long’s Retreat on July 8-10, 2016. Refreshments were served by Advisor Anneka Collins. The club played dodge ball tag led by recreation officer Raylee Barnett.

The next meeting will be held on April 17, 2016 at 6:30 pm at the Mowrystown Firehouse.
