Tyler Kelch and Jerry Williams emerged as the victors from six candidates running for two Liberty Township Trustee seats, unseating a pair of incumbents, according to unofficial results from Tuesday’s general election in Highland County.
Kelch received 773 votes, Jerry Williams 696, incumbent John R. McLaughlin 561, incumbent James M. Grove 584, Ray Walker 542 and Douglas Barker 136.
