The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Shawn Hopkins-Workman, 32, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Samantha F. Kelly, 27, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Geneva P. Rhoads, 28, of Hillsboro, was arrested for illegal purchase of pseudoephedrine.

Nicole Bailey, 47, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.

Brian Morris, 57, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.

ACCIDENT

James Hargo, of Washington Court House, was traveling southbound on North High Street approaching the intersection at Willow Street. Debra Randall, of Hillsboro, was parked in a marked parking space in front of her residence located at 409 N. High St. Hargo stated that he observed a vehicle travel left of center approaching him, forcing him to swerve to the right to avoid contact. Hargo failed to remain in his marked lane of travel and struck Randall’s vehicle in an angle type collision resulting in disabling damage to his vehicle. Randall’s vehicle sustained functional damage and refused a tow at the time of the crash. Hargo’s vehicle was used being as a school transportation unit and was transporting two children that required to be transported to Highland District Hospital by Paint Creek Joint EMS/Fire District.
