Firefighters from Paint Creek Joint EMS/Fire District were on the scene within minutes of a dispatch of a vacant house engulfed in flames Tuesday morning at 77 Belfast Pike in Hillsboro. Emergency personnel had the fire knocked down around 10:30, with both northbound and southbound traffic blocked temporarily on SR 73 just south of the Johnson Street intersection. Paint Creek Joint EMS/Fire District Lt.
