The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Christopher Bowman, 41, of Hillsboro, was arrested for domestic violence and criminal damaging.

James Willey, 38, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension.

Charles Shoemaker, 27, of Blanchester, was arrested for failure to appear.

Devon Osborne, 23, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

INCIDENT

A business in the 100 block of Careytown Road reported a theft.
