A Hillsboro man was sentenced to 45 years to life in prison for multiple counts of rape in Highland County Common Pleas Court.

Brandon Fuller, 31, was sentenced to 15 years to life on one count of rape, which was ordered to be consecutive to 15 years to life, which was also ordered to be consecutive to a third count of rape, all of the counts being first-degree felonies. Fuller was also given 111 days of jail-time credit.

Fuller was ordered to register as a Tier III Registered Sex Offender. Fuller’s explanation of duties is that he must follow the duties for the rest of his life, with in-person verification every 90 days.

Fuller was ordered to register in person with the sheriff of the county in which he lives within three days of coming into the county or if “temporarily domiciled” for more than three days. After that date of initial registration, he is required to “periodically verify their residential address, place of employment and/or place of education in-person at the county sheriff’s office no earlier than 10 days prior” to his verification date.

If Fuller changes his residential address, place of employment and/or place of education, he has to give a written notice of that change to the sheriff he most recently registered with and the sheriff in the county he intends to live in.

Fuller must also give written notice within three days of any change in vehicle information, email addresses, internet identities or telephone numbers registered or used by him to the sheriff he most recently registered with.
