Pedro Valadez Jr., of Columbus, was cited for speed.

James Schutte, of Wilmington, was cited for speed.

Judy Murphy, of Hillsboro, was cited for speed.

Tiffany Reynolds, of Pleasant Plain, was arrested for failure to appear.
