The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

April 25

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Kyler White, 28, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension.

Rodney Reeder, 54, of Midland, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Makayla Allen, 19, of Hillsboro, was cited for disorderly conduct.

ACCIDENT

At approximately 5:53 p.m., the police department responded to the area of North West Street and Fenner Avenue for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival it was determined that Randel Jones, 38, of Amelia, and Zachary Ballein, 23, of Hillsboro, were both stopped in traffic in vehicles on North West Street when Jones’s vehicle rolled forward striking Ballein’s vehicle in a rear-end type collision. No injuries were reported on the scene. Jones was cited for improper start.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Tiffany Reynolds, 39, of Chillicothe, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Fay Gibson, 61, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension.

ACCIDENT

At 12:53 p.m., the police department responded to the 300 block of East Main Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival it was determined that Rhonda Manuel, 72, of Hillsboro, was backing her vehicle out of a private drive and struck a vehicle being operated by Peggy Buschur, 65, of Hillsboro, who was traveling eastbound. No injuries were reported on the scene. Manuel was cited for improper backing.
