McClain FFA team 2nd in state

The McClain FFA Livestock Judging Team took second place at the state level. The Livestock Evaluation Career Development Event challenges FFA members to recognize quality production animals. At the state level, students are tasked with completing market and breed genetics activities and giving oral reasons on sets of production animals. The McClain FFA also placed second overall in oral reasons. Cade Sponcil was the third overall individual and also the third overall individual in the reasons category. Olivia Stegbauer placed 10th overall for reasons. This team will represent Ohio FFA at the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado this upcoming year.
