With spring just starting, what is usually a welcome relief after a long winter unfortunately feels much different this year. The last two weeks we have seen much change, and in the days and weeks to come we move forward with uncertainty.
This does not mean I am not confident in our city, our county, our state and our country!
Together, we must rise up to help our neighbors in this time of need and we should continue to follow the recommendations set forth to flatten the curve.
There have been steps taken here at the city to make certain our departments can continue to operate through this pandemic and we will continue to keep a close eye on everything that is happening and make changes as necessary. We will get through this and I encourage everyone to be courteous and respectful to others.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” — Philippians 4:6
