The Highland County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:

INCIDENT/CHARGE

A deputy responded to Main Street in Mowrystown to a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Rosetta M. Maupin, 56, Loveland was charged with domestic violence.

A resident of the 5500 block of Carmel Road reported fraud. This incident remains under investigation.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Dwayne D. Devine, 60, Hillsboro, driving under suspension.

Donald R. Harp, 58, Lynchburg, expired plates, failure to reinstate license.

Justin C. Davis, 36, Greenfield, failure to control, leaving the scene of an accident.

Dennis R. Dunlap, 61, Hillsboro, failure to obey traffic control device.
