HILLSBORO — The Washington High School and Miami Trace High School bowling teams visited Hillsboro for a Frontier Athletic Conference match at Highland Lanes. Hillsboro won the boys’ match with a total of 2,764 pins. Miami Trace had a score of 2,474 and Washington had a total score of 2,355.

The Hillsboro Middle School wrestling team traveled to Waynesville Middle School to compete in their annual dual tournament. Due to injury and illness, the Indians only had six wrestlers competing, putting them at an insurmountable disadvantage. However, those that were able to compete represented the school well.

Members of the 2022-23 Lynchburg-Clay Marching Mustangs are pictured. They recently earned the highest possible rating at the 2022 Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) State Marching Band Finals held at Alexander Stadium in Piqua. This marked back-to-back state finals in consecutive school years for the Marching Mustangs, with the OMEA giving them a Superior (I) rating for this year’s performance, “Under the Moonlight.”
